At the beginning of 2016, the Grillo brothers decided to start a new and ambitious project, in order to protect the old traditions, building on the precious experience inherited by their father and grandparents.

They aspire to a short production chain to promote a lifestyle connected to the old traditions of the inhabitants of this area. These include the Mediterranean diet, based on local products which are traditionally produced with very few resources and very limited environmental impact.
