Organoleptic properties: The extra virgin olive oil “del Grillo” comes from the desire to bring out the essence of the varieties “Nocellara del Belìce” and “Cerasuola” and to enhance its organoleptic properties. With the cold extraction we obtain an extra virgin olive oil with a very low acidity and a high quantity of polyphenols. The colour is green with golden reflections and has a medium density. The nose develops pleasant notes of artichoke and green tomato. It has a medium-intense fruity taste and a balanced bitter and spicy taste.
Conservation methods: In order to preserve its organoleptic properties, after opening the can, pour the oil into dark glass bottles and store it away from direct sunlight, at a temperature of about 15 °C.
